    Electrolytic ion ground rod

    The electrolytic ion grounding system is internally and externally equipped with two anion filling materials; the external filling material has the material with strong water adsorb-ability, strong adsorb-ability and high cation exchange capacity as the main body, and is fitted with various long-lasting resistance-reduction chemical materials with high anticorrosion capacity, high expansion coefficient without influence by temperature change and high-voltage impulse resistance; the internal filling material contains special charged ion compound, can thoroughly absorb the water in earth, effectively release the reactive charged ion into the earth through the deliquescent effect, promote the slow release and resistance reduction of the external part of the conductor, keep the resistance value stable for long term, and the grounding service life can reach up to 30 years.

    Vertical hollow holes with the diameter of 160 mm are drilled on the chosen construction sites; multiple ion electrodes are vertically connected to form a group by adopting vertical deep well grounding mode if the construction sites are in rock zones or large-sized ground screen; multiple positions are chosen to drill hollow holes if there are several grounding systems, the transverse distance of the hole is more than two times of the vertical ground electrode, and the holes are communicated by horizontal grounding bus deeply buried more than 80 cm; the external filling material and water are mixed according to the proportion of 1:1, and are stirred uniformly into paste; then the paste material is filled in the gaps between the grounding electrodes and holes; and it shall be noted that the top ends of the grounding electrodes are exposed for installing an observing window for future observing.
